What this website does not use
This website uses no cookies, visitor analytics or advertising pixels. It loads no fonts or scripts from external servers and stores nothing in your browser.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data from each request, such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare acts as a processor under its data processing agreement, which also covers transfers outside the European Economic Area. We do not use Cloudflare’s analytics services.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, store domain (if provided), subject and message. The data is sent once, by email, to our mailbox and is not stored on the website. Sending is handled by an email service provider acting as a processor under its data processing agreement. The purpose, legal basis and retention period are those described for email correspondence.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply, and keep them for the duration of the correspondence and as long as the law requires. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability under the GDPR. You can contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
